1. USER REGISTRATION

1.1 How can I place an order?

To place an order, just go to the “SHOP” page, enter the product you want in the cart and complete the purchase. If you wish you can register at the time of purchase. However, it is possible to place an order without registering.

1.2 I have already placed an order without registering, can I do it now?

You can register now, but your previous orders will not be included in the history.

1.3 I would like to register a second account

You can register again using a different email address.

1.4 What are the advantages of being registered at afemalechoice.com?

An account on afemalechoice.com allows you to: Save the contents of your cart. Store shipping and billing addresses to speed up the Checkout / payment process. Easily access your order details and view the history of all orders placed.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 What types of payment does afemalechoice.com accept?

2.2 I paid my order but it has not yet been shipped.

The shipment is made within one business day from the online purchase, if the payment is successful. At the time of shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to check the status of your order.

2.3 I have canceled my order but have notreceived any credit yet.

– If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the exact amount of the canceled order will be refunded.

3.3 Can I replace a product I received?

Yes, you can replace a received product.

  • If the new item has the same price as the old one, you must send the order that you want to replace at the following address A Female Choice di Lara Epifanio, Via Fontemezzina 105, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), Italy together with the REPLACEMENT FORM in which you indicate the item you are want to receive instead of the replaced one.
  • If the new item has a lower price, I will refund the difference.
  • If the new item has a higher price, you will need to place a new order and you will receive a refund of the returned one.
    Any refund will be made after verifying the perfect condition of the returned item.

In the first and second cases it is necessary to fill in the REPLACEMENT FORM, in the third case the RETURN FORM.

3.4 I would like to cancel my order

4. SHIPMENTS

4.1 In which countries do you ship?

At the moment we ship in Italy (free shipping) and in Europe (shipping cost 6 €).

4.2 How long will my order and delivery take?

The time required to process the order depends on the availability of the products. Generally the order is accepted and sent within one business day.
Delivery times vary from 3 to 6 days for Italy. Shipping times for Europe depend on the destination country.

4.3 How can I track my shipment?

At the time of shipment you will be sent an email to the address you provided with the tracking number and the link to track the status of the shipment.

4.4 Can I change the shipping address?

5. RETURN

5.1 How much time do I have to return a product?

The products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same, except for custom orders.

5.2 How can I make a return?

Download the RETURN FORM and send the order received to the following address A Female Choice di Lara Epifanio, Via Fontemezzina 105, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), Italy. Once the perfect condition of the item received has been ascertained, you will receive a refund of the exact amount of the returned item. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

5.3 How will my return be refunded?

The refund will be made through Paypal or by bank transfer to the IBAN provided to us in the form, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to our warehouses.
A Female Choice di Lara Epifanio is not responsible for any delays that may depend on the bank.

6. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

6.1 How can I order a cutomized item?

Go to the Customization page, select the item you prefer, select the theme, select the design and complete the order as a normal shop item.

6.2 Will the item I receive be the same as the one in the picture?

In each article there is a real photo of the product, while all the others are mockups built to give a clearer idea of ​​what the final product will look like. As for the material and color, you must refer to the original photo.

The size and position of the design and the size of the article may vary slightly from the mockup on the site.

6.3 What is the delivery time of a personalized item?

A personalized item is prepared and shipped within 10 working days.

6.4 Can I return a customized item?

Yes, you can return a personalized item by following the same procedure as the other items in the shop. ATTENTION: customized items can be returned ONLY in case of defect or damage to the product, and NOT in case of wrong size.
