The commercial relationships between A Female Choice by Lara Epifanio and the Buyer are governed by the following general conditions of sale.

The following general conditions of sale regulate all sales contracts concluded between the Buyer and the Seller through the website www.afemalechoice.com. Each contract is subject to the general conditions of sale published on the site at the time the contract is concluded.

Conclusion of the contract

• The contract is concluded when the seller receives the purchase notification.
• The buyer will be obliged to pay the price at the time of online purchase. This will happen after clicking on “Complete order” on the cart page.
• Before concluding the contract, the buyer will be asked to accept and have read the General Conditions of Sale.

Withdrawal

• In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of products.
• The user who intends to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase can do so by accessing the " FAQ " section on the A Female Choice website and download, fill in and send the RETURN FORM together with the package received.
• The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the RETURN FORM.
• The site will refund via Paypal in case of payment with Paypal, or by bank transfer in case of payment by credit card. The user must indicate their IBAN in the RETURN FORM.
